I
have been distributing detailed documents to friends via email, as I have been going
through the steps to discover what was going on with me. Keeping the email list up to date proved to be impossible, and we have been impressed by other people's blogs, so I am
switching technology. I will publish the individual documents as individual blog
posts. Note the publish date is well after the original composition date
of the document. I will try to make the composition date clear.
